A lighter fresher fruit driven style of Chardonnay sourced from Yarra Valley fruit.
Description
A well-crafted, medium-bodied, loosely knit expression, in the best sense. Plying a mineral pungency with a striving for real flavour, there is plenty on offer. Stone-fruit accents, honeydew melon, roasted almonds and praline. The oak, like a blowhole that stems the flow while liberating it when necessary, allowing the flavours to ebb and flow long.
