This elegant wine has now been on lees for 5 years, giving it a rich, creamy characteristic. A blend of 45% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier, made in the traditional style, going through 2nd ferment in bottle. This is a great example of what the Southern Highlands can produce.
