Special Vintage Merlot 'Halle'

2016 Merlot
Southern Highlands, New South Wales

Quite simply the best Merlot we have ever produced, this wine has soft fruit and alluring tanins.

Description

Deep red colour with a good purple tint. The bouquet is fresh and clean, sweet-fruit raspberry and herb aromas, bright and clean and lifted. Very attractive fruit all round, the tannins are soft and ripe and rounded. It finishes with a trace of Campari bitter herbs. Nice wine indeed. HUON HOOKE - 23 APR 2018
