Description
The considered effort to make quality wine here is palpable and largely successful. With a few shifts to the cadence of picking and handling, the wines will go up another gear. In time. Great, too, to experience wines from the Southern Highlands alone, rather than from all over the shop. Classy aromas of fresh mint, damson plum, tomato bush and red cherry.
